I love being a babysitter because I genuinely enjoy building meaningful relationships with children and being someone they feel safe, comfortable, and happy around. I have several years of experience working with children of many ages, from babysitting in my neighborhood to working at the Boys & Girls Club, where I was responsible for groups of 20 children ages 6–13. I’ve also worked as a nanny for multiple families, including caring for elementary-aged girls and supporting one child with ADHD and autism by helping with after-school routines and homework. Through these experiences, I’ve learned how to be patient, attentive, and adaptable to each child’s individual needs. Being a sitter doesn’t feel like “work” to me, I love creating a fun, structured, and caring environment where kids feel supported and parents feel confident leaving their children in my care
