Hello there My name is Johnna and I am a 32 year old mother of two (they are 11 and 6). I have been caring for children not including my own since 2009. From 2019 until now I have taken a break from nannying/babysitting to raise up my kids and the last 2 years I had a warehouse job. My warehouse job recently relocated and because I missed caring for other’s children as well as mine, I am trying to find a good match. I am born and raised in Green Cove Springs FL, near Jacksonville. I have lived in Hawaii & Virginia as well as a military wife. Throughout all of that nannying/babysitting was my “career”. I pride myself on trying to be an asset to the family I am working for. I consider myself very active while I am working, including spending time outside with little ones and Read more in general exploring and helping them understand and learn more about the world around them. I love to follow strict schedules, however I can definitely be more flexible if that is what the family wants and needs. I have successfully potty trained my two kids, as well as a handful or two of others (helpful hands, team effort). I am comfortable with meal prep, light cleaning, helping with learning/exploring, spending time outdoors and going to local library story times if that is something you are comfortable with as well. My husband is a huge help with my work and is a huge help with juggling our kids while I work. My kids will rarely have to come with me, if at all. To me they are the greatest but while trying to be unbiased, they are very loving, sweet kids. I am a god mother to my best friend’s 2 year old and they have been an active part of his life just like I have and are very helpful and knowledgeable (knowing when to back off and quietly find something to do so their mommy can care for an infant/toddler). Both have grown up coming to babysitting jobs, both regular and date nights so they know they drill lol. We needed a sitter and had just moved to Hawaii. We were still staying in the Navy Lodge waiting for housing. Johnna came out to the hotel and met us a day or two beforehand and showed up on time for the job. She seemed fun and energetic and my two boys really liked her.

Johnna is great! She sat for my children (2 yrs old & 6 mth old) a couple times and I will definitely use her again and again. The first time she sat for us, she planned a picnic at the playground (my daughter's favorite place) based on information I had relayed to her in the interview. She always shows up to my house smiling and ready for the day. She definitely enjoys her job and it shows in her attitude and the excitement of my kids when they see her. (Plus she wears them out!) She's is a caring, competent and lovely lady!

Johnna came and did a meet and greet first and has consistently shown up early; she is very professional. My daughter loved her and was definitely wore out after a few hours of babysitting - which is saying a lot because I have very active toddler!
