We are incredibly grateful for the care Milly provided our son from 5 months to 1 year old. She brought confidence, knowledge, and an intuitive sense for our baby’s specific personality and needs. She handled bottles, solids, naps, and transitions with ease, and was great at both following our routines and noticing patterns we might have missed (especially helpful as first-time parents). She communicated clearly, kept consistent logs, and was calm, caring, & patient through rough teething, developmental leaps, and sick days. Her background as a doula truly added an extra layer to the care she provided. She has a strong understanding of regulation and emotional safety, which showed in how secure our son was with her and how supported we felt as parents. Over the time she cared for our baby, he built the skills that helped make the transition to daycare feel much more manageable - independent sleep, solids, routines, and feeling safe with others. Any family would be lucky to have her. She was a wonderful caregiver and a truly loving presence during such an important year.
