Hi there! My name is Ludmia, but kids just call me Mia. Growing up in a in-home daycare setting is where I began working with children. Throughout the years I’ve worked in professional environments, but I’ve always come back to doing something that involves children. I see children as big “little people.” As a kids yoga instructor for children 18 months to 13 years old, I would create lessons that would cultivate mindfulness in everyday activities. I’ve work with infants, but within the last couple of years my focus has been on school-age children. I love creating activities that get them to step away from tech devices and work on their creativity.
