Hello! My name is Miriam, I'm 30 years old, I have over 10 years of experience caring for children. I highly enjoy nurturing, teaching and protecting children. Every child should grow up knowing they are seen, heard and loved. Babies are my absolute favorite! Babies need constant observation for obvious safety reasons but, their development at this tender stage requires sound and presence. Our interaction with them helps them develop and thrive. Some babies will fall asleep "on their own" but, in some situations they might have learned that no one will come if they cry, I do not subscribe to this way of thinking. I answer every cry, there is no such thing as a spoiled baby! My approach to childcare is mostly Modeled Behavior, what they see and hear is what they learn to do and say. I encourage critical thinking, singing and dancing! Reading, story telling and Read more imaginative play are important to carry throughout teen years, overstimulation from electronic devices strays their attention away from familial relationships and learning(memory) capacity at school. I have experience caring for behavioral special needs children. I am available for travel assignments within the USA. I assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands and school pickup. I wear face masks when I have to be out with the public. I am not vaccinated, nor want to.
