As long as I can remember I have loved working with children. As a teenager I have always loved working with children. Working as a babysitter and Nanny for very young children around the small town I grew up in. Over summers working as a camp counselor at the St. John Neuman Summer Camp program. Originally wanting to open my own home daycare following graduation from High School. My family supported that vision but strongly suggested a college education first. A career in Physical Therapy was suggested and I agreed as long as I could work with children with that degree. And I could, so I did. My first amazing job out of college was at the Children's Hospital in Boston. 12 years followed of pediatric experience from hospital based Intensive Care Units to Outpatient Pediatric Rehab Centers. Child physical and cognitive development techniques a specialty. CPR and First Responder Read more trained. Comfortable with swimming in the pool and ocean. Aqua therapy experience. I love playing at the beach if allowed. I will probably teach your child some useful sign language if parents allow. I strongly encourage reading and creativity at any age. Throughout those years I fell in love, married my soulmate and was blessed with the most amazing gifts ever, two daughters. My career shifted to adult therapy care for the next 7 years. Home Health as well as facility based inpatient and outpatient care. My little ones are growing fast. I needed to be home and am now choosing to go back to where i started. If i get a good turnout I will make this my living instead and continue my joys of working with children again and to be there for my own. I am available to care for your young children as you need night or day, as able, weekend or weekday, as able. I am easy going and very attentive to children. I am happy. My family is a happy one. I will gladly work to meet the needs of the parents. Happy to use technology to keep parent informed and connected to their child or children while apart as needed. I'm looking forward to playing with and caring for your children in a way that you the parent can feel happy and comfortable with. I love my children and I know you love yours. Thank you for your time. Resume and letters of recomendation available upon interview.
