It is with great pleasure that I highly recommend Eileen as a nanny. Eileen cared for our two children, ages 8 and 10, after school and on late nights when my husband would work a night shift and I was out of town. Eileen is responsible, reliable, and very good with children. She has worked with children throughout her life, as a foster parent, minister, teaching assistant and nanny, and is great at caring for our children and assisting them with their homework. She is very engaged in their day to day lives and is always planning some fun event or activity for them. They love spending time with her! Her approach towards care compliments our own and she is able to set boundaries for our children while still encouraging their independence, growth, and development. She is patient and caring with them and easily balances all their school projects and after school activities! We feel very fortunate to have found Eileen and will miss her after we leave the local area. She has my highest recommendation. You will not be disappointed in her care for your children and will find her very pleasant and easy to work with.
