I recently retired to the Florida area having completed 28 years owning my family childcare business in my home in Ashburn, Va. My love of children afforded me to stay at home with my own two children while raising children in my surrounding neighborhood as well as children from my church. Residing in Fairfax and then remaining in Loundoun County I registered with Department of Child Services in Leesburg, Va. Where I was issued a BPOL for family childcare services in your home. I was a member of Northern Virginia Family Daycare , Le Leche League, Sunday school teacher at Christ Fellowship Church and worked with Teens also. During my years as a provider I cared for children with Autism, developmental challenges, and exceptionally bright children, from the ages of six weeks through age 5. I graduated high school and have some college. CPR and first Aid were required as Read more well as workshops to maintain your Business Operating License through Loundoun County on a yearly basis. My childcare philosophy is all children deserve positive reinforcement, encouragement academically, a safe play and sleeping environment and most of all know without a doubt they are and deserve LOVE. I never had to advertise my services and had a very positive experience that I'm so proud and blessed to have accomplished.
