Hello, I’m Cailey! I started my childcare experience at around 13 as many young girls do. I babysat for family members, neighbors, and got involved with the nursery and children’s ministry at church. I’ve had about a total of 10 years worth of childcare experience now. I was a nanny for 3 years and work with one child starting when he was 7 until he was almost 11. I have a big family with small cousins and my sister currently has two small children so I’m no stranger to children of all ages. I don’t have any training or certifications, everything I know about childcare has come from hands on experience. Although, I did take a class on child development while I was in college.
