I confirmed with Jillian several times before she was meant to show up. On the day she was meant to come watch my newborn, I texted her asking her to bring valid ID (I ask this of anyone watching my baby). Thereafter, she failed to show up and did not text or call. I texted her and called her to make sure she was ok, but she never responded. Reliability and honesty are important to us, so my family and I were very disappointed. Thanks
