Hi! My name is Cassie, and I really enjoy working with kids (and animals!). I'm 21, and I enjoy sushi, gaming, and different cultures. I watch anime and Disney! I'm currently saving up money to go to college for medical school in the Netherlands! I’m currently learning Dutch and aim to learn Japanese afterwards. Fun fact, I have celiac disease. (It’s not very fun) I have experience in babysitting and nannying for one other family whom I can provide reference for. I also worked at a day care with infants and toddlers for a little bit. I had taken courses in childcare for that. Interests- Science! Animals (studying them, taking care of them) Anime (this isn’t Read more relevant to anything) Other languages (grammar and different cultures) Ideals and goals- My ultimate goal in life is to be a mother. It’s not very ambitious, but I think being a mother or parent is a full time job that needs and demands a lot of attention and patience. I aim to have my own family so I can break the generations chains of my parents and their parents before them and raise my kids to be better than me and to succeed c: I think parenting means raising them to do better than you, provide emotional guidance and wisdom and treat them like little people rather than pets to be ordered around. Kids are people, they learn and view the world differently and it’s important to teach them communication, respecting others and honesty. As well as boundaries and having the confidence to be yourself. I see many kids and people my age who are insecure, and have strained relationships with their parents because they weren’t taught communication or respecting others or setting boundaries. They weren’t TREATED with respect or were allowed to talk about their feelings and therefore carry that onto their own kids at some point. It’s my job and I think it’s everyone’s job and obligation to change and grow as people and heal from the past to better the chances of a better future for kids.
