Hello! My name is India and I am 20 years old with 6 years of caregiving experience. I recently graduated from Virginia Tech with a BA in English, concentrating on Creating Writing. I also recently received my certification for personal training, hoping to eventually work with young children and student athletes. I believe the happiest children are the ones encouraged and allowed to be active and creative on a regular basis! I have experience working with children with disabilities, especially children on the Autism spectrum. I hold current CPR/AED certification, with prior first aid experience. I am also very comfortable caring for pets, whether it be in conjunction with children or by themselves. Currently, I work part-time at a bakery as well as teach group exercise classes. Therefore, I will not always be able to attend to last-minute caregiving needs, although I always try my best to be flexible.
