Hello! My name is Britt. I have worked with children in grades K-12. I have been a part-time substitute teacher for almost 3 years now. Since being a sub, I have had a long-term position at a middle school; I taught 6th grade ELA full-time while the teacher was out on maternity leave. I also have experience with ESE students. I am studying for my Prek-3rd grade teaching certification. I love teaching and children. I have a TEFL certification and teach adults English on Tuesday nights at a church. I worked with toddlers at Kid's Discovery for about 6 months. I earned my 40hr DCF certificate there. I did take a CPR and First Aid course while there, but I need to get it renewed. Most of my experience is from educational or daycare settings. However, I have babysat some young cousins.
