I became a caregiver because i'm the oldest of my 3 younger siblings. I have babysat them all since they were all newborn babies. I'm highly interactive with their daily schedule including their educational needs, playtime and activities (extracurriculars - when that was still allowed), and basic needs like bathing them, feeding them, putting them to bed, etc.. I don't have any formal training but am willing to take courses as needed. I'm currently enrolling in CPR and BLS to be even more prepared.
