Meet Xochitle

Hi! I am currently majoring in Social Work with a strong passion for working with children. While I may not have professional child care experience just yet, I’ve spent years caring for younger family members and have looked after children as young as 8 months up through school age. I’ve also managed groups of up to five kids at once, so I’m confident in my ability to multitask and keep little ones engaged, safe, and happy. I’m currently taking DCF (Department of Children and Families) training classes, which are helping me build a solid foundation in child development and safety. I’m not certified in CPR/First Aid yet, but I’m working toward it as I continue building my experience.
