I'm 19 years old, 20 in October and I'm a big sister to two girls, Lilly(age 11) and Josie(age 7). I've basically raised them, since I was 9 years old. Diapers, potty training, walking and talking I was there for it all! And I loved every second of it. So much so that in high school I took Child Development classes throughout my entire high school career in which I learned about child psychology, basic care and knowledge, teaching skills, and even worked in the preschool there. Through that class I was able to participate in a program called Junior Achievement where I put together a lesson, went to local Elementary schools and taught a class! I did this for two years, teaching a Kindergarten and First Grade class. I'm certified in CPR and have had experience with a child who suffered from daily seizures. I've babysat for neighbors, teachers, Read more and friends and I'm extremely passionate about children. I believe that there is more to babysitting than just watching. Teaching is a huge part of it too along with challenging, and stimulating their growing brains. I'm a huge health nut so healthy snacks and exercise are a definite every day thing for me as well. All in all I am a very positive, happy person, I love life and I get even more joy from teaching and molding children into amazing little humans! I will not disappoint. I hope to hear from you soon!
