Danielle worked for us for a number of weeks. She made sure our children were safe but didn't engage much and spent a lot of time on her phone. Span of the 3 weeks, 2 days per week, that we hired her for she missed 3. The first, she communicated to us. The second, and subsequently third (the last 2 visits), she was scheduled and simply didn't show up - providing us with no communication or response; she left us (with full time jobs, two kids and no coverage) in a very bad position. - Ultimately, she did okay, but if you hire her, make sure you have a backup.
