Hello everyone. My name is Angela. I have been a member of sitter city for over 15 years now. I have met some wonderful parents and children from this website. This website has really done alot for me. I am happy to have it around. It is a great way to meet new families in the area and help out families as well as fellow sitters. I have been babysitting for over 25 years, been in childcare for 8 years and a nanny for 15 years. Altogether it makes it 25+ years. I am 41 years old. Babysitting and working in childcare is something that I really enjoy doing as well as being a nanny. I enjoy working with kids of all ages and families of all sizes, but I am partial to infants and toddlers. I am a Christian and I am a non-smoker and non-drinker. I like watching movies, bowling, hanging out with my close friends, being around my pets, and having fun playing games. I have 2 dogs and that I love to be around and hang out with. Also I have fostered dogs and I did pet sitting on the side. I went to Louisiana College for 3 1/2 years in Early Childhood education. I felt that God was pulling me in a different direction and here I am in Daytona recently moved from Dallas area. I moved to Daytona Beach in March of 2022 and I’m loving it. I grew up in Baton Rouge, LA. I hope to one day get a degree in Early Child Development, which is infant- Pre-K. I have been CPR and first aid certified. I am up to date on Flu and DTaP. I am a 27 year old who has been living in CO for the past two years. I am currently living in Daytona beach and excited to start my new journey. I worked at a day care for my first year of child care. I was with one-five year olds. That is where I would meet families who wanted someone to watch their kids for date night and then two nights on the weekend and then that became me turning into their nanny of five months. I started early in the year throughout the summer, It was one of the best experiences I had ever had. I dont sit for the family anymore but I loved doing it and I am very good with kids. I have worked at an elementary and middle school as a tutor and translator. I have been a live in nanny for a single mother with two wonderful kids. In my time in Colorado I have cared for a nine month old girl and still watch her occasionally. My last family I watched an amazing girl from five months until she turned one. The family is moving back home as am I but we spent a great year together. From playing indoors and out, learning music, the alphabet, shapes, and activities for every stage. I do housework, cooking, cleaning. I love outdoor play and walks also learning and mindful activities indoors.

I currently nanny for a nurse several days during the week but will have other weekdays and weekends available Basic care starts from $18-$19 for care depending on driving distance. Hi my name is Paige, I grew up in PA and am now live in Florida. I have been babysitting since I was 11 years old. I started off with my little brothers since my parents both worked 40+ hours a week and id take care of him as well as help with the house. My name is Vanessa Gualberto and my family and I have been living in Ormond Beach for about a year now due to my husband being transferred from his job, and of course we have always loved Florida! I’m a mom of a two beautiful daughters age 11 and 21 years old. My eldest daughter attends James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA and my youngest daughter is a 5th grader at Tomoka Elementary School in Ormond Beach. My husband and I are originally from Brazil and we’ve been living in Roanoke, VA for 27 years. I graduated in Brazil with credentials in early childhood development and I worked in Virginia for 3 years at a local private daycare. Not to mention I’m also CPR + First Aid certified! I most recently had my own cleaning business in addition to always doing babysitting jobs on the side. Our family also fostered children for 2 years before we moved to Florida. I have been working with children from a young age. I would volunteer at my church with the younger classes from 3rd grade up. With plenty of experience from new born to adult special needs i have done it all. I have my CPR and First aid certificate as well as a stop the bleed certificate. I started working with special needs when I was in 6th/7th grade. When I went to high school I was involved in lots of clubs and sports. Some clubs I was apart of included PALS ( providing Autism links and support) I was the president of it by the time i finished high school, Surf club, Best Buddied ( a special needs club where you are a buddle to one of the extra special students) Ailed Health, and Athletic Trainer. I was part of the Ailed Health Academy which included working sporting events and taking care of injuries from broken bones heat related illness concussions and everything in between. While in high school I worked as a lifeguard so I am all about water fun as well as can teach your kiddo how to swim.
