Hello! My name is Vanessa Gualberto and my family and I have been living in Ormond Beach for about a year now due to my husband being transferred from his job, and of course we have always loved Florida! I’m a mom of a two beautiful daughters age 11 and 21 years old. My eldest daughter attends James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA and my youngest daughter is a 5th grader at Tomoka Elementary School in Ormond Beach. My husband and I are originally from Brazil and we’ve been living in Roanoke, VA for 27 years. I graduated in Brazil with credentials in early childhood development and I worked in Virginia for 3 years at a local private daycare. Not to mention I’m also CPR + First Aid certified! I most recently had my own cleaning business in addition to always doing babysitting jobs on the side. Our family also Read more fostered children for 2 years before we moved to Florida. I currently stay home, but I’m looking for something to do while my daughter is at school. I also can extend my hours working for you, but it is something we can work out during the interview since my daughter does dance and horse lessons. That being said, I’m excited to bring my passion and positive attitude to families in Florida, and am ready to create a fun, supportive environment while gaining valuable experience in supporting your family’s needs. Furthermore, your children’s safety is my first priority, so I will make sure they are safe and sound while they are under my care. My rates are based on the specific tasks and responsibilities you need help with — things like bedtime routines, meals, light cleaning, child/children laundry or additional children may affect pricing. I value mutual respect and a positive atmosphere. For children ages 5 and up, I kindly ask that they are able to listen and show respect. If that’s not the case, I may not be the right fit — I want to make sure everyone has a good experience. I look forward to working with families who appreciate structure, kindness, and fun!
