As a mother of a loving, caring, accomplished grown daughter, I know the need (of the parent) to find a care giver who will not only keep their child safe but also follow the guidance & wishes of the parent. I also am a believer of cuddling a baby & reading or singing to her/him. I am always willing to help around the house w/very light housework though the baby always comes first. With the older kids, I am always amazed & delighted with their creativity. I have a great respect for their intelligence, and keep it in mind how smart they are, while calmly maintaining a sense of order and fun while following the guidelines the parents have so generously provided.
