I'm a mom of 2 daughters. One is 40 and one is 12. I've been a mom since age 17, and have been caring for others children off and on for over 40 years. I have my CPR/BLS Certification and an Active Nursing Assistant license since 2009. I've been caring for children, adults, senior's, special needs children, patients with Alzheimer's, limited mobility, and family members with terminal illnesses. I've worked in ALF's, Private Duty and Hospital settings and cared for my own children, and 7 grandsons and nieces and nephews, some of whom have mental health disorders, autism, Asperger's, Dravets syndrome, Downs syndrome, and MD. Your child (ren) , family member, will be in good hands with me because caring for and putting others safety, security/comfort first is paramount as I provide the same level of care for your family as I would expect for my own. I have a Read more clean driving record, a very safe driving history and a clear level 2 background screening. I've had to take and pass level 2 background screenings for years as my past work in the healthcare industry and Security industry as well as Volunteer status with the public schools systems, has required a clear level 2 background screening. I have been a SAHM for the last 8 years, although I do some 1099 NEC work and have picked up side jobs here and there for extra money. I'm looking to pick up more caregiver/sitter positions on a regular basis as Ive recently become a solo mom and the majority of the financial responsibility has been put on me. I'm pretty flexible, especially once school is out (5/23/26). My 12 year old daughter is a mature smart girl who has been in the gifted program for 3 years and Orchestra as well as Chorus and Safety Patrol and she loves children and pets too. There will be occasions that I may ask if my daughter can accompany me to some jobs so that she may learn by observing mom and gain experience herself with regards to child care and senior care. I can watch your child (ren) in your home, my home, wherever you're most comfortable.
