Hi there! I'm LeiLa, and I absolutely love working with children! My experience spans across two daycares (Learning Is Fun Child Care Center) (Bright Beginning academy) where l've had the pleasure of working with all ages, from infants to high school students. What sets me apart is my passion and dedication to each child's growth and happiness. It's more than just watching them for me. I love to interact with the kids, not just throw something in their face to keep them occupied or busy. I enjoy doing active and productive things because I don't like to be bored either, lol! I believe in engaging with them in meaningful ways that promote their growth and happiness. It might sound silly, but I think it's essential to create a fun and stimulating environment for the kids. At 19 years old, I feel a unique connection with children, understanding what they like Read more and how to have fun with them. Despite my age, I am very mature and responsible, always prioritizing their safety and well-being. I've always been around children, which helps me relate to them and ensure they have a great time while also learning and growing. As a full-time college student majoring in biology at Florida Atlantic University, I bring a blend of energy and academic support. I also provide tutoring and homework help, ensuring that your child not only has fun but also excels academically. Additionally, I've worked for two CNA companies, bringing a level of care and responsibility that parents can trust. In my free time, I love to bake, dance, do gymnastics, read, journal and exercise. Before we start, I always require an interview with both the parent and the child to make sure everyone is comfortable and to get to know each other-just like a back-to-school night or open house!
