My mother was a professional daycare provider, so I learned from the best! I am the mother of two men and a grandma of 3 beautiful children. Before becoming a mother, I also offered child care services in my home and have provided nanny services to over 30 families thus far. I have worked for more than 15 years in the school system, first as a volunteer and then permanently as a teacher's assistant and I have experience in the following areas: I am bilingual/special needs/early learning/autism. I have been also employed as a daycare provider for infants/toddlers. I also have been involved in the following extracurricular activities: leader (team mom); after-school/homework help program; Cub/Boy Scouts leader/master; PTA member.

we interviwed Nancy she agreed on taking the job. we agreed on the rate and the hours and the start date. Till later when she texted that she found another job. When we talked to her initially she took the job and she never mentioned that she is still considering another jobs.. We had stopped interviewing thinking she is gonna commit to her own words.. So unprofessional Nancy.. i would not trust her to take care of my kids, and she is not a woman of her own word.

Nancy totally came through for me on extremely short notice the first time I hired her, and she was wonderful that (very long) day and has continued to be every time she has worked with my family since. We are so lucky to have found someone like her so quickly after moving to Tampa! Before moving here my children had never been watched by anyone who wasn't family (and therefore very well-known to them), but we are alone down here and I thus had no choice but to find a sitter - and I couldn't have dreamt up a better one if I tried. Nancy is warm, friendly, fun, and flexible, and you can tell from the first moment you see her with children that she absolutely adores them. And in kind, my children adore her. I am a stay-at-home mom, so it isn't terribly often that I need a sitter, but my older son asks when he is going to get to see her again quite often (I'm sure the younger one would too, but he isn't talking yet). If there's a better barometer than that, I don't know what it is! If I were working, I'd hire her as my nanny in a heartbeat. But if you're looking for a nanny yourself, or a sitter, call Nancy - you'll be so glad you did.
