I am currently attending the University of Central Florida pursuing a Masters Degree in Speech and Language Pathology. When I was in high school, I spent my summers as a camp counselor for three consecutive years. I worked with children ages 8-14. In college, I volunteered at numerous elementary schools working in both special needs classrooms and regular classrooms. I also volunteered at Orlando Day Nursery where I mentored and helped the children with their homework. I also have taken numerous courses on the guidance of children which I know will benefit me in my encounters with children of all ages.
