I am an experienced and compassionate childcare professional with over 10 years of experience supporting children and families in both caregiving and behavioral health settings. I am a licensed Behavioral Therapist (ABA) specialized in Applied Behavior Analysis and am currently pursuing my degree in Clinical Social Work (LCSW), which allows me to bring a strong foundation in child development, emotional regulation, and behavior support into my caregiving work. I have extensive experience working with children from newborn through 18 years old, allowing me to adapt my care to each developmental stage from infant routines and early attachment to supporting adolescents with emotional regulation, independence, and life skills.
