In my last year of high school I took on a part-time job as a substitute for a teacher in a daycare. After working for the summer I was asked to join the team permanently and I became an assistant teacher in the daycare morning times and the lead teacher for the afternoon class. I worked there for 7 years and only left my position because I was relocating from Massachusetts to Florida. During the seven years of teaching I became very well known in the community and babysat for the families on weeknights and weekends for the same 7 years.
