I am a mom of five children and 3 stepchildren, and have loved children since I was a little girl. I am 41 years old, and have 5 children and 3 step children. My oldest is 23 years old, and my youngest is 4 years old. I have worked with children my whole life in one capacity or another, and have just left a (more than) full time job as the director of a large center in Port St. Lucie. I absolutely love children, and am looking to be a part-time nanny where I would be able to give one on one attention and get back to the basics of what I love, which is caring for children. I have a full cleared background screening with the FBI, FDLE and a local (St. Lucie County) screening. I am currently CPR and First Aid certified. Additionally I have my Child Development Read more Associate, Florida Director's Credentials and am a Professional Development Specialist for the Council for Professional Recognition. In my director's role, I was responsible for the direct supervision of 40+ employees, and the safety and welfare of anywhere between 270 - 400 children. Though I absolutely loved this position, I am looking forward to the chance to just spend one on one time with children at this stage in my life.
