Hi, I am Lori B and I love kids! I am originally from the Midwest-- Madison, WI. My husband and I moved to S. Punta Gorda in October 2015 to be closer to family in SWFL. I love kids---I have over 10 years of childcare experience caring from teenagers to newborns. I am a college graduate with a background in ECE. I truly enjoy taking care of children of all ages. I have been in the business world for 20 years and decided to return to my true passion of childcare. I have been a nanny, tutor, cook, and driver. I am a hands-on nanny! I am a very responsible, enthusiastic, happy, honest, trustworthy, reliable, and caring woman. I was a nanny and tutor for a 7 yr old boy since December 2015 until April 2016. My most recent main job was caring for a 6 week old baby for Read more 3 days/week. I did this position since last October 2016, until they just moved back to their hometown of Lafayette, LA on June 25, 2017. I also care for many other families with babies on weekends and date nights. I could work part-time date nights, over nights, and some daytimes. I hope to meet wonderful families. We were visiting from Canada and needed someone to take care of our 8 month old. Lori was amazing. She was so friendly and caring that we had no concerns leaving our little one with her. Lori arrived early and received instructions about bottles, foods, naps etc. and just the things that our baby liked and disliked. She made us feel so comfortable and we knew our baby was in great hands. Thank you so much Lori!! We would recommend you to anyone looking for a great nanny or babysitter!
