I’m originally from Florida, born and raised in the sunshine state- 👩‍👧‍👧 Growing up as the oldest of three sisters, I've always been the nurturing type—whether it's managing the household or being a role model for my siblings. I hold a bachelor's degree in exercise science and spent 5 years managing a local gym, fostering my love for health and wellness.
