Hello, my name is Kaitlyn. I was a live-in nanny for a military couple in Layton, UT for a little over 6 months, starting when their child was 3 months old. I enjoyed caring for their infant so much that I then started working for a daycare in the area for a few months, before moving back to Florida. My experience with young children may be limited, but it was an amazing experience. I truly found a passion, that I enjoy. I thoroughly enjoyed being able to create memories and help the baby meet their milestones both physically and mentally. The 'screen time' we had was just watching Disney+; Bluey, re-makes of Aladdin & Beauty and the Beast (their favorite). My own hobbies include reading, swimming, beach going, drawing in on my iPad and painting on canvas which I love to include in my list of activities that are fun Read more and can be educational. Since I worked in a home, as well as a daycare, I can comfortably say that I enjoy the one-on-one time with a child, much more over a group setting. The child has my full attention, I can learn their habits, schedule and quirks much better, as well as choose the activities that they'd benefit the most from. While a I was a live-in nanny, I would also do some light household chores, as in letting their dog out/walks and light cleaning.
