My name is Nischa . I am a dedicated and goal-driven individual with experience in childcare, athletics, and fitness. I have been running track since age five, which has taught me discipline, resilience, and focus. I currently compete in track and field at the University of South Florida, where I continue to develop perseverance and goal-setting skills. As a babysitter, I have gained responsibility, patience, and strong communication skills. I enjoy creating a safe and supportive space where children feel cared for and encouraged.
