Francesca is WONDERFUL! I hired her as a mama's helper and date night sitter for the week we were on vacation in Tampa. To start, Francesca was super kind, easy to talk to, timely, reliable, and very prompt/clear in her communication. Francesca was also very resourceful in helping plan out the week's activities, making the week go smoothly. Lastly, Francesca displayed great capability in taking care of the kids (toddler and an infant). I was so impressed with how quickly my toddler son took to her as he can often be quite shy with new people. He may have also had his first crush. Haha! Definitely would hire again!
