I have always had a passion for working with kids. I began volunteering my time my 5th-grade year, as a student leader at the schools' aftercare for students with disabilities. From there my love has only grown. I continued volunteering every summer at a local recreation center as a counselor in training. I later became a counselor at the very camp I once attended as a child. While in college I pursued a degree in the education field but unfortunately had too medically withdrawal before finishing my degree. After overcoming some medical disadvantages, I began working as a Nanny for a wonderful family of five. My goal is to make a difference whether it be small or big. I am well versed with adversity and look forward to new challenges. My experiences include: - 1 year as a camp counselor. - 2 years of volunteering as a counselor in training.
