We loved her in the interview, and hired her. She came for a “training day” with my mom and was supposed to watch my children the next day. She even said “see you in the morning”. The Next morning she was supposed to be at my house at 9 AM and she never showed up. I would’ve given her a second chance if she would’ve been mature enough to give me an explanation for why she know called no showed on her first day. I still have not been able to reach her via phone or text message. And she still has not contacted me. I would not recommend hiring her
