Greetings! My name is Ryan, and I am a young male educator and childcare provider. Children are, practically magnetically, attracted to me, and, in fact, I returned to the ECE—Early Childhood Education—field after finding that it was the only thing that provided me true happiness and fulfillment. I am not only a sitter, then, but also a certified (FL) teacher, experienced tutor (with clientele at my current Title 1 school, all the way up to more distinguished students and families needing refinement and optimization, rather than introductory-level remediation), and an exemplar student myself, where I am currently a Florida Gator studying Educational Leadership in a graduate-level capacity. Personally, I love fitness, the outdoors, and reading & writing. The latter item there further helped spur me into education. And only several days back, I said goodbye (virtually!) to my kindergarten class of students for the year. With my exact certification, I Read more am enabled to teach pre-K through third grade at this moment; if the pandemic had not yet happened, I would have taken a scheduled test that would have empowered me to teach up to sixth grade. My Florida certificate is also adorned with two endorsements: reading & ESOL, both of which serve as indicators of my enhanced ability to deliver efficacious instruction pertinent to students learning literacy or the English language. Yet, truth be told, I need not any designation nor certification to affirm my love of, nor proclaim my competency to teach that which is encompassed by, all things literacy. Literacy should be seen as a multi-piece suite of instruction that includes, speech, reading, writing, and, at large, communication. In the early grades I teach, along with elementary schools rather generally, literacy is the seminal goal of instruction. Literacy is reading; it is writing; it is, too, perhaps the most significant predictor of one's future educational success. The honing and refinement of this all-encompassing skill is, definitively, the grandest gift one can give. Together, we can brighten the future of your loved one; we can empower him or her to succeed infinitely into the future. I will share with your child reading, influenced by centuries of scholastic theory, current-day best-practices, & the innate curricular content of Florida's preeminent standards-based education. I will also teach & provide for you, so that, forevermore, you can augment your child's professional instruction.
