I’m passionate about animals and find immense joy in ensuring they feel safe, loved, and cared for while their families are away. My experience pet sitting and volunteering at a horse farm has shown me how rewarding it is to build trust with animals, whether it’s through playtime, feeding, or just being a comforting presence. I love discovering each pet’s unique personality—whether it’s a dog’s boundless energy or a cat’s quiet curiosity. As a UCF student, pet sitting also allows me to balance my studies with my love for animals. I have hands-on experience pet sitting for dogs, cats, and other animals, where I’ve managed feeding, walks, playtime, and overnight care. I am Safe Sitter certified, which equips me with training in safety, first aid, and caregiving techniques, ensuring I can handle emergencies and provide top-notch care for pets. My animal care experience includes understanding feeding schedules, administering basic medications, and recognizing signs of stress or discomfort in animals, gained from both pet sitting and horse farm work. As a computer engineering student at UCF with certifications in Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, networking, and cybersecurity, I’m highly organized and tech-savvy, making it easy to manage schedules and send detailed updates to pet owners. I’m physically active, with a fitness routine that includes running and strength training, so I’m ready to keep up with energetic pets. I’m committed to ongoing learning and happy to complete additional pet-specific training, like pet first aid, if needed.
