I grew up with younger cousins that I would look after whenever their parents had to leave. If they needed to I gave them a morning shower/bath. I usually fix them breakfast and lunch with snacks in between as their parents would return by dinner time. I occasionally watch toddlers and children at my church from age 3 to 12. I love coming up with creative games/activities for them to play. I believe in keeping a child active and involved instead on constantly telling them to be quiet in a situation that demands their participation
