Hi, I’m Elissa! I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy helping kids feel safe, comfortable, and supported. I’ve got three kids of my own, so I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for them. My path’s been a bit winding, I’ve worked in healthcare, spent years as a substitute teacher, and recently finished my degree in Secondary English. I’m also CPR and First Aid trained, which gives me extra confidence (and hopefully gives you some peace of mind too). I’m patient, calm under pressure, and always try to connect with kids in a way that makes them feel heard and understood, whether we're doing homework, being creative, or just hanging out.
