I have been babysitting kids aged 2-11 for about 7 years and never had an experience that didn't make me want to be a babysitter. I have also been exposed to early childhood development through my mom and her teaching occupation. I have mostly been around family-friends' kids all of my life (I do not personally have any younger siblings), which is how I was introduced to the job. It has always been essentially easy for me to be a babysitter, as I am a full-time student, but very flexible about my schedule. With regards to my experience in general, it is important that the parents, as well as the kids, are as comfortable with me as I am with them. I can handle MOST every situation (of course, I have not dealt with everything in the book yet), but again, very flexible. (Side note: I am going to school to potentially be an elementary school teacher, so education is very important to me.) I am here and willing to help out anywhere, in any way that I can.
