I have shared a passion for working with children since I was a young child. I enjoyed playing school in my young toddler years, I grew to love babysitting for family friends' children in my early teens and went on to recieve my degree in Elementary Education. My 3 year intensive training program at my university entailed planning and implementing lessons following the Common Core State Standards and Next Generation Science Standards in grades 1-3. I was a full-time student teacher just last fall in a second grade classroom in Hinsdale New Hampshire. The knowledge and experience I have gained through that experience has made me into the teacher I am today. I have substituted in classrooms of grades K-5. While living in Florida this past summer, I landed a job as a full-time Assistant Teacher at Primrose Private Preschool where I worked with children from ages 6 months to Read more 8 years.
