In a collaboration with senior leaders, I proposed solutions to create a better environment amongst the other children while working at Calvary Chapel's Children's Ministry for the children in who had disabilities such as autism. In addition, I assisted young children and young adults with develop interpersonal skills, which allowed them to work better with others, as well as develop important relationships with peers while working at Shore Acres Recreation Center. Even more, I worked hands-on with both children and animals to create a safe and fun learning environment for the children attending the Florida Aquarium's summer camp.
