I am a 37 year old certified teacher and have been employed by Hillsborough County Schools for the past 8 years. I have taught grades 3-5 math/science during the calendar school year as well as a robotics program designed for K-5 students the past 4 summers. I work at a low socio-economic school and have experience dealing with multiple behavior situations as well as learning disabilities. Under our current evaluation system I am considered a highly effective teacher and was nominated for Teacher of the Year. I have a Bachelors in Music studies and I am Suzuki certified to teach beginning violin and beginning to advanced cello lessons as well. I do not have "formal" babysitting experience other than caring for a younger sibling, cousins, and my close friend's bundles of joy. I am on summer vacation until Mid August and am available weekends with enough notice.
