I began in 2009 as an assistant at a local childcare center. I then went to school for my certificate in Early Childhood and began working at elementary schools as an assistant Kindergarten teacher. In the past 8 years of my experience since, I have worked as an assistant at the Head Start Center, a First Grade summer school teacher, a lead 3's teacher, and a lead 4's teacher. In addition, I have been with Ones, Two's, and school-aged children. I have also been a nanny, babysitter, teacher at my church's Awana group, tutor, and an infant care professional. I currently have my DCF 40 clock hour training, CPR and First Aid, and I take classes every year to further my education in child development while I am in college at USF for Elementary Education.
