Hi, everyone! I'm Caitlin, a 22-year-old recent alumna of the University of Tampa. After spending four years in the Florida sun and escaping the blizzards of my northern roots, I've decided to make Tampa my permanent home as I pursue my career as an Associate Broker in the commercial real estate industry. Growing up, my involvement in competitive swimming paved the way for my first job as a swim instructor, which allowed me to develop long lasting relationships with the local children and their families that extended far beyond the poolside. Beyond the pool, I’ve served as a long term / full-time nanny for two families, both in Boston and Tampa, caring for children with ages ranging from 2 to 13 years old.
