Hello! I am a creative, enthusiastic, sensible and passionate person, while also being calm and tranquil. I hold a BA in Psychology and work part-time as a children's caregiver with a flexible schedule. Right now, I’m also finishing my DayCare Florida training certification. Since beginning my work with children, I have come to appreciate the many different perspectives on childcare. While all approaches have value, I firmly believe that the most effective one is a holistic view of the child. This approach involves observing and interacting with each child to understand their unique personalities, needs, and ways of being, ensuring a more personalized and comprehensive care. In addition, I have a strong foundation in sustainability education. I care deeply about the relationship children develop with their environment and aim to nurture a meaningful bond with nature. Another core element of my work is the importance of play in child development. I have experience guiding children through potty training, nap time routines, and feeding while paying close attention to their nutritional needs. I also provide empathetic diapering and support emotional regulation. Additionally, I assisted with classroom activities, such as art, sensory exploration, and reading sessions.
