I am a 54 year old mother of a grown son. I have always loved children and have been anxiously awaiting grandchildren! So, in the meantime I have adopted two kittie fur babies. I have always had a passion for children and older adults and this has followed me throughout my life. As an adult, this passion has afforded me opportunities to grow and share learned knowledges and experiences. As the Assistant Director for Prevent Child Abuse Newton I piloted the Parent Program for our county with 23 families and we successfully graduated all families at the end of the program. This was the first time this had been done in the state of Georgia. I also was the owner of a Paint Your Own Pottery Studio where I did all types of parties, classes, one on one instruction, summer camps, senior programs and after school programs.
