My name is Althea Grier (please see Care.com profile). I have been with my present family for the past 5 years and have been caring for two girls from birth. They are now 2 1/2 yrs respectively. Have lived-in with this family and have been hands on during my duties, which consist of making breakfast, getting girls ready for school, playing with the toddler, making lunch, bathing, picking up school aged girl. Also doing the laundry and light housekeeping. Very affectionate, loving and nurturing, get on great with the parents, we have a no mess policy and are very honest and open, which makes for any animosity which can arise.
