Hi, my name is Shawna. I am a 26-year-old female residing in Middletown. I am currently searching for a full time teaching job. I am currently working as a paraprofessional (classroom aide) with a sixth grade student at the middle school. I have my elementary and special education degree and love working with children of all ages. I taught pre-kindergarten for the last two years, ran the aftercare program, and worked the sports camp. Before that, I babysat and tutored regularly for families in the area. I have also been a mommy's helper for a set of twins that were 2 years old. I am fun, responsible, and easy going yet know the importance of routine, rules, and punctuality. I work regular school hours until the end of June and will be taking a summer class starting up shortly. During the summer, I am working the extended school year program Read more which ends at 12:30 (M-TH) so after that I have full availability.
