I have been working with children since I was in high school. In high school, I volunteered at my local elementary school. I started out assisting the teachers by grading papers, helping students that needed extra assistance, handing out books and materials, etc. The principal was pleased with my work and asked me if, I could stay additional hours and work in the after school program. While in college, I worked as a teacher's assistant, Pre-K teacher and after school counselor. I worked the School District of Palm Beach County as an after school counselor and CHAMPS instructor for several years. I relocated to a different area in Florida and began tutoring elementary school children and focusing on my own small business.
