I've worked with kids for as long as I can remember-- I had my first babysitting gig as a 14 year old! Since then I've gone on to work with kids of all ages and abilities through volunteering (Miracle League, CECO, IMPOWERFL, etc.), teaching (Alpine Academy, Virtual School), and other childcare jobs (UCF's MFRI as a Childcare Specialist Lead). Working with such a wide range of kids has definitely prepared me for situations I never knew I'd need to be prepared for, but has also given me such a light in my life. I really enjoy forming bonds with my students and the children I'm taking care of because they each teach me something new!
